On Quartile, The Cheetah Girls: One World scores 4.5/10 across five categories — strongest on Acting (Below Average), weakest on Plot (Well Below Average).
Chanel, Dorinda, and Aqua are off to India to star in a Bollywood movie. But when they discover that they will have to compete against each other to get the role in the movie, will the Cheetahs break up again?
The third Cheetah Girls installment relocates the group to India for a Bollywood-flavored adventure, which gives it some visual flair and cultural novelty compared to its predecessors. The Indian setting and Bollywood aesthetic add color to the cinematography, making it marginally more visually engaging than typical Disney Channel fare. However, the plot is formulaic — the 'will the friend group split up?' tension is recycled directly from the earlier films, and the resolution is predictable. The acting is serviceable but unexceptional, especially with the absence of Raven-Symoné reducing the group's chemistry. The ending wraps up too neatly without earning its emotional beats, feeling rushed and overly tidy even by TV movie standards.
